I will use labor rates that you approve of; and breakdown costs/labor rates; as required by the general contractor.
Provided as a Word document, you will fill out the general contractor info, change what you want, and sign the letter.

I can mark up your design drawings finding design and drafting errors.
I can help your project manager with man-loaded schedules; cost coding; and special impact studies such as excessive overtime, major schedule changes, excessive change orders, etc.
I can help train/mentor your estimators, engineers, project management, etc., one on one at my office in Dublin, CA.
